Loan Applications and Approval

Submission of a loan application does not guarantee approval or funding. All loan applications are subject to:

  • Property valuation and collateral assessment
  • Credit checks and background verification
  • Title review and insurance verification
  • Underwriting analysis and risk evaluation
  • Compliance with our lending standards and policies

We reserve the right to decline any loan application at our sole discretion. Loan terms, including interest rates, fees, loan-to-value ratios, and repayment schedules, will be specified in a separate loan agreement.

Fees and Payment Terms

Borrowers are responsible for all fees associated with loan origination, processing, and servicing, including but not limited to:

  • Origination fees
  • Interest charges
  • Late payment fees
  • Third-party costs (title, appraisal, legal, recording fees)
  • Prepayment penalties (if applicable)

All fees and payment terms will be disclosed in your loan documents. Failure to make timely payments may result in default, foreclosure proceedings, and legal action.

Investor Participation

Investment opportunities are available only to accredited or qualified investors as defined by applicable securities laws. Participation in our lending programs involves risk, including:

  • Risk of borrower default
  • Market fluctuations affecting collateral value
  • Potential loss of principal
  • Illiquidity of investment
